Loft Conversion & Rear Extension

Working alongside an experienced architect we were tasked with completing a modern loft conversion in the heart of London. The client desired the ultimate in contemporary style and specification. As such, the work consisted of the highest quality finishes including Welsh roof slates, bespoke joinery, luxury floor tiles and marble worktops.

The dated façade of the building was in desperate need of an elegant and modern update. The interior was fitted out with the latest technology and contemporary finishes which is a hallmark of LP Construction (London) Ltd. The project will be featured in the upcoming RIBA Residential 2020 publication.
